Many Thanks to everyone who contributed to our 2016 “Danny Claus Program”!  The combined generosity of our many supporters and a $3,000 grant for toys from the Marcie Mazzola Foundation brightened the holidays for children on Long Island.

About The Program – Each Year the Marcie Mazzola Foundation donates toys to local families who can not afford Holiday Gifts for their children.  The “Danny Claus Program” was created in 2013 in memory of Marcie’s brother Danny Winter to carry on his tradition of giving toys to children in need at Holiday time.

Can you imagine a child not receiving even one special Holiday gift to open?  Tragically the child would think they did something wrong or that they were undeserving for some reason.  This is so unimaginable to many of us who shower our children and grandchildren with an abundance of presents but it’s a reality to many, many children each year.

We can accept donations year round so that we have plenty for next December.   Please consider donating toys, gift cards (Target, Old Navy, WalMart ) or money to “Danny Claus” so we can purchase toys and gift cards.  Picture the happy smiles of the children and their parents.  Your act of kindness will go a long way in making a difference in the lives of deserving children and their families.

Please call 631-858-1855 to arrange drop off or pick up of items.  All items need to be new and unwrapped.  The cutoff date is December 15th.  Thank you!!
